Aktuelles - STOP or NOT
Liebe Nutzer von t3pages.de,
wie immer, wenn man etwas macht, gibt es nicht nur Lob sondern auch kritische Stimmen. Da wir die offene Diskussion und den Wettstreit der Argumente mögen, möchten wir euch auf die TYPO3 Newsgroup und das XING-Forum "TYPO3-Referenzen" hinweisen.
Bei all denjenigen, die sich dort schon geäußert haben, möchten wir uns für eure Kritik und die vielen Anregungen bedanken. Es ist immer eine Hilfe auch andere Meinungen und Sichtweisen kennen zu lernen. Das war und ist ja auch der Sinn einer Diskussion. Seid versichert, daß wir schon überlegen, wie die nächste Version von t3pages.de aussehen wird -> wir sind ja auch noch Beta. Neue Ideen sind übrigens auch weiterhin sehr willkommen.
Leider müssen wir aber auch Folgendes mitteilen:
TYPO3 Association beauftragt Rechtsanwälte gegen t3pages.de
Soeben (02.11.2007) haben wir per Fax die Nachricht erhalten, daß die TYPO3 Association die Kanzlei Beetz & Partner 
www.beetz.com beauftragt hat. Wir bedauern diesen aus unserer Sicht unnötigen Schritt, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, daß die Kosten dafür sicher der Weiterentwicklung von TYPO3 besser genutzt hätten.

Hello all,
We really would like to give a last statement here about the matter and
then end this discussion since about everything is said by now. We
should also not make thinks bigger then they are.
Last week it became clear that Netresearch did not take the screens and
information from the Associations website but from others. That ends our
main concern that we might get involved in legal problems or get a bad
rep in any other way, which would not look good for TYPO3.
We are always positive towards every effort to promote TYPO3. We also
don't have any problem with TYPO3 companies promoting themselves, since
it is their good right to do so. Our single point of intrest is the
development of TYPO3 and the organisation around it. That is why the
Association was founded in the first place and that is why it will be
there in the future. It is only when things start to happen which can
harm the reputation of TYPO3 and the Association, that is her official
representer, that we take action. We always try to solve things as
reasonable and fair as possible, which is still our intention now also.
Netresearch will have to face the consequences of what t3pages.de might
cause themselves, it is not our business. But since we do care in
finding a constructive solution, we will talk about this in private if
they like. Then we can close the whole matter here and now and move on
to our daily effort to make great websites.
